Just wanted to share some customer feedback.  Chris, had nothing but great things to say about Luis.  I called him today on a follow-up and he basically cut me off just to add in his compliments.  He spoke highly of his technical knowledge, demeanor and was happy to see he was able to solve issues that have been lingering for a while.  I’ll be heading out there next week for a PM contract as a lead from Luis, but it sounds like Luis pretty much already sealed the deal for us.   Just wanted to share this with you and always happy to write these positive emails, especially on a Friday afternoon.
